CDT Story - District Justices

The following people have pleaded guilty or have been found guilty of summary offenses by District Justice Clifford Yorks of State College. A summary offense is comparable to a traffic violation. 

- Theta Chi fraternity. 523 S. Allen St.. State College, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief from an incident Aug. 9. Ordered to pay a fine and costs of $192.50.
