PSU Def. Coordinator & Brother Manny Diaz Speaks to Chapter

Penn State Defensive Coordinator and Theta Chi Brother Manny Diaz ‘95 (Florida State - Gamma Rho) stopped by the chapter this past Monday to speak to the brothers about life after college and how being a Theta Chi has helped him succeed.

While he was here, Coach Diaz shared his best memories while he was an undergraduate brother at Florida State, tips for recruitment and their connections to recruiting for football. Along with memories, he also gave us great insight on his early post-graduate experience in the job market, and what he did to land his first job out of college. He explained his coaching career path and the important aspects of interviews. Finally, he answered general questions about fraternity life and his excitement towards this upcoming season. Overall the chapter had a great experience and were extremely grateful for his time. Manny Diaz is a phenomenal coach and person, and it was an honor to spend the afternoon with him.
