      • 10 Members in Alpha Epsilon Pledge Class Chapter House
      • 27 Brothers living in house

      • Spring 2016 – 3.17 chapter GPA
      • Above all-men’s average Kicks

    • Insurance bill paid by Alumni, surplus noted in undergraduate budget as a result.

Previous Business:

  • Bylaw amendment draft
    • Bylaw changes proposed Fall 2015 pass. New board regulations will be instituted upon the next election cycle.
    • Changes add a 6th Alumni board member (board member at large), and will offset elections so that 3 members are elected each year to provide better turnover between Alumni Board members. Terms are still 2 years in duration.
  • New Business
    • Recruitment boot camp
      • Alumni will provide funding to send undergraduates if deemed beneficial by undergraduate members.
    • Chapter House cleanliness
      • Cleanliness of the chapter house is still a significant issue
      • Alumni showed concern that the professional cleaning over the summer had already been negatedafter just a few weeks of classes. General neglect and lack of cleanliness must be addressed by the undergraduate brothers.
    • State College borough/Township changes
      • State College noise/nuisance violation fines/notifications may be changing in the next several months. This will be monitored on a go-forward basis.
