CDT Story - Grocery Thief Foiled

A man in his early 20s was stopped from taking about $20 worth of groceries from Theta Chi fraternity, 523 S. Allen St., today at 4:10 a.m., according to State College police. 

Police said a fraternity member returning to the house stopped the man who ran off, leaving the groceries behind. The suspect is described as white, 6-feet tall and 200 pounds with black hair. He was wearing a white shirt and tan slacks.
