OX Back in the House Where We Belong

Dear Brothers,

It is my great pleasure to announce that in a couple of short weeks, our chapter house will be fully open and operational after nearly four years away! As of today, we have 20 initiated members, 10 of whom will be living in the house this fall with strong outlook to increase numbers with each successive semester. Please join me in welcoming our chapter back into our beloved home, and congratulating them for all their hard work navigating recruitment and chapter rebuilding during a global pandemic.

If you find yourself in State College during the 2022/2023 academic year, or any year hereafter please stop by and say hello, tell some stories, make a potential professional connection, relive some memories, and help perpetuate the unforgettable experiences that so many of us had during our time as undergrads.

In order to prepare for our members’ return, we have made a few minor investments into the house to get them situated and started for success. The Alumni chapter was able to purchase 5 couches, a new refrigerator, flatware and kitchen items, buffed & waxed all hardwood floors, replaced some older carpets, fresh coats of paint in many common areas, an internet system infrastructure overhaul, and new LED light fixtures. As our chapter continues to regrow and rebuild, we will set our sights on larger projects to help our home enter its 2nd century, more to come on that in the future.

Thank you to all who have donated funding and precious time over the past few years as we worked hard to rebuild and return to this point, and to those who continue to donate their time, talent, and treasure to keep our chapter alive in the vision that it will thrive once more.

If you would like to DONATE to the chapter, please click here! Any and all support is deeply appreciated, and goes directly back into house operations, repairs, improvements, and as we return to full strength, brotherhood events or potentially scholarships. As always, please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns, to catch up, or just to say hi.

Love and Respect,
