Lt. Wayne A. Stover, Penn State, '38, a navigator on one of the flying ships that have recently been so successful against the Axis submarines operating in the Atlantic Ocean, has been awarded the Air Medal, according to official word from the War Department.

Passings
Clyde M. Rinker, Penn State, '37, died in March after a year's illness. After graduation he spent four years a the Yellow Creek High School as physical education director, and than accepted a similar position at the Waymart (Pa.) High School. His wife survives.

Regional Conference Awards
The attendance trophy, based on the miles traveled, was again won by Penn State
