Omega Receives 2007 Chapter Achievement Award
The Chapter Achievement Award was created in 1991 to recognize those chapters that apply for the Alter Award and do not receive the award, but demonstrate substantial progress and improvement in chapter organization and opera- tions. The Chapter Achievement Award is presented annually by the Fraternity for those chapters that demonstrate excellence in a number of aspects of fraternity operations.

Omega is Honorable Mention for The Sidney Ann Gilpin Lewis Memorial Trophy
The Sidney Ann Gilpin Lewis Memorial Trophy was presented to Theta Chi Fraternity by James G. Lewis (Alpha Xi/Delaware ’12) in memory of his daughter. The award, which is made on an annual basis, recognizes the undergraduate chapter that, in the judgment of the Grand Chapter, has made the greatest amount of progress in the preceding academic year.
Alter Wins Interfraternity Service Award

Theta Chi’s own Howard Alter (Omega/ Pennsylvania State ’41 ) was presented the George W. Spasyk Order of Interfraternity Service Award for “sustained and successful leadership in Interfraternity affairs.” The award was to have been presented at the Lambda Chi Alpha General Assembly (convention) in Orlando in July 2006, but Brother Alter was unable to make the trip so Lambda Chi Alpha presented it at the 2006 Slivinske dinner.
