W. Boyce Morgan 

W. Boyce Morgan, 69, of 14615 Deerhurst Ter., Silver Spring, Md., died at the Bel Pre Health Center, Silver Spring. Friday. 

He was born in Sharon and was graduated from Penn State in 1925 with highest honors and a BA degree in arts and letters. He was an editor of Froth, and associate editor of LaVie, and an editor of The Old Main Bell, a literary magazine. He was a member of Penn State Players, Skull and Bones, Theta Phi Alpha, Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Delta Epsilon and Theta Chi. 

A former executive at Changing Times magazine and the Kiplinger Letters, he was vice president of sales and a member of the board from 1961 until his retirement in 1971. 

He is survived by his wife, Helen, and two nephews.
