O. Keith Evans, Penn State, "65, graduated from the School of Business Administration. While at Penn State, Keith was Vice President of Omega chapter. Keith graduated from Navy O. C. S. Newport, Rhode Island shortly before Thanksgiving 1965. The next month was spent at Navy Anti-Air craft and guided missile school at Dam Neck, Virginia. Keith is an Ensign assigned to the U. S. S. Bauer, a destroyer escort (No. 1025) based at San Diego, California for Pacific duty. Theta Chi brothers wishing to write to Keith may address him — Ensign O. Keith Evans, U. S. S.
